This candidate will work closely with the Creative Director to create and support print and web-based creative for Hook’s digital and wholesale initiatives. The Graphic Designer will need to carry out projects with a high attention to detail and accuracy. Projects may include design support for email, social, print, and web; as well as product design, packaging, apparel, point of purchase and sales materials.
You are a creative, motivated, and task-oriented graphic designer with the ability to work quickly, but carefully, on items requiring fast turnaround. You can design within Hook’s brand look and feel, while at the same time not afraid to offer a fresh perspective. You are able to contribute to creative discussions and must be able to take constructive criticism. You embrace challenges, take initiative, and are able to work independently, as well as collaboratively in teams. You have excellent organizational and time management skills, and can handle multiple projects and priorities to meet deadlines. You’re a zealous learner, eager to grow and develop your professional skill set.
Education & Essential Skills
Proficient in Adobe Creative Software (Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign)
Maintain best practices for print and digital design
Exceptional organizational and planning skills (multitask and prioritize to meet deadlines)
Closely follow briefs and direction with attention to detail
Proactively seek information on project requirements to ensure clarity on timelines, deliverables, and hand-offs
Strong communication skills, including written and verbal
Understanding of basic marketing principles and how e-commerce businesses work is a plus

Candidates must have a high level of proficiency in web development and a strong understanding of great user interface design and front-end development. This will include coordination of product development between UX designers, UI designers, and client stakeholders.
An exceptional level of attention to detail is a must. An ideal candidate will know best practices, can document them and can work with a dynamic web-focused team to ensure all front-end development is performed to those standards.

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
3+ years experience in front-end development
Working in WordPress
Testing products responsively & cross-browser
Working in CSS & Flex grid systems
Experience managing multiple web projects at one time and meeting deadlines consistently
Ability to produce quality code but also an understanding that perfection is the enemy of progress
Ability to educate clients without getting frustrated
Good music taste

Working with UX/UI designers in Sketch
Experience with handoffs in InVision

Strategize, execute, and manage a variety of client Facebook and Google campaigns from conception to creative to execution to analysis. We want thought leaders.
Continuously measure and optimize campaign performance while also establishing benchmarks and recommending future tests
Develop marketing strategies and marketing plans to support and achieve the client’s business objectives
Leveraging our real-time data dashboards and a plethora of reporting tools, you will be tasked with communicating campaign performance to clients and creating a clear roadmap for the future
Devise and evaluate methods for collecting data, such as surveys, questionnaires, and options polls
Gather data on consumer, competitor, and market conditions
Prepare reports and present results to clients and management
What we're looking for:
2+ years of PAID Facebook ADVERTISING experience (Blueprint certified a huge plus)
2+ years of experience managing your own clients/accounts (Any industry)
Advanced knowledge of Google Analytics
Strong, professional verbal communication
Excellent writing and creative content skills
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Exceptional time management skills, including the ability to handle multiple projects and ongoing work items; while effectively managing changing priorities
Innovative thinker and collaborative team player
Bachelor’s Degree (Marketing, Business, Economics, or related analytics fields)
